Barbie Shop 

The female barbershop quartet from Belgium

Barbershop was originally performed in the USA, while people were waiting to get a shave. Not literally but it developed into a specific type of close harmony. The lyrics are quite simple and mostly deal with love, gospel and/or afterglow.

Barbie Shop singing was born out of necessity. Our roots mostly go back to the Brussels cathedral choir, an amazing choir!  But to counteract the serious religious songs we went for barbershop. And we love it … Oh yes, we were born when Barbie turned 50!
